Kayaking Lessons in Portland, learn in the comfort of the pool. Discover the fundamentals needed to experience this dynamic aquatic sport. Practice necessary maneuvers such as wet exits, j-lean, edge control, effective strokes, hip snap & the critical skill of rolling a kayak all in the safety of an indoor pool. Expand your horizons & see our great NW rivers from a new perspective. Three sessions on Wednesday evenings of each week.

Fees:
- Resident $130.00
- Non Resident $169.00
- Res - One class only $50.00
- NonRes - 1 class only $65.00

*Pool fee is an additional $5 per session, payable at the pool. Classes held at Portland Parks & Recreation's Columbia Pool, 7701 N. Chautauqua.The first class is from 7:30-9:30pm and the last 2 classes are from 8-9:30pm. Please bring towel and swimsuit, other optional gear to bring includes nose plugs, ear plugs, and swim goggles. Refund deadline-5 business days.
